Aurora is a Café de Palo, and it means: “Dawn.” It evokes the arduous labor that goes into producing this coffee from dawn until sunset. It also means that this is your early morning cup of excellence to inspire you to create.
Slightly Bold
This is my dad’s specialty. He likes his coffee a little black and slightly bold. As a kid he would rise before dawn to go work the lands in La Nauhaterique region, now in the territory of Honduras. This coffee is in honor of him.
Subtly Smooth
This is my dad’s specialty. He likes his coffee a little black and slightly bold. This coffee exudes a very well balanced, smooth, and full body character coffee with delicate acidity notes.
Finest Blend
This is my dad’s specialty. He likes his coffee a little black and slightly bold. This coffee is a blend of the finest beans in our collection. It is a blend of strictly high grown coffees of various genetic varieties and drying methods from different denominations of origin in Central America. The complex characteristics of each individual coffee are blended harmoniously to create a very well balanced cup.

Roasted at the origin and brought in just in time for consumption, our coffees achieves an elegantly balanced and slightly bold cup. Roasting coffee requires great skill in order to reach the desired balance between its natural bitterness and the other characteristics brought forth by exposing the coffee bean to the heat. This is your early morning cup of excellence to inspire you to create.
Strictly High Grown
Our coffees are strictly high grown in various terroirs in Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador at elevations greater than 4,000 fasl in fertile volcanic soil and mountain range terrain. Our coffees are cultivated at high altitudes and processed manually with great care and artistry to produce a full bodied and dense character coffee with delicate acidity notes.
