We go around Central America seeking the finest coffees produced in the region. Central America is our home, so we are not afraid to go deep in the forests or high on the mountains to visit our friends and family and taste their coffees. Our coffees do not come from huge deforested fields of commercial grade coffees. Our coffees our produced in small fincas with great care and artistry by our family and friends. Particularly we are meticulous in the harvesting & drying processes, but equally important, we monitor the roasting, grinding and preparation.

We closely monitor the ethics around the research and development to discover more appropriate coffee genetic varieties to grow, and the proper usage of ground coffee at our cafés to significantly reduce or eliminate coffee waste.
